A Divine Renovation
This beautiful property, nestled amongst the kiwifruit vines, underwent a thoughtful and in-keeping renovation by the team at Jones Builders.
The project involved a seamless design that tied the new renovation with the original 1950s homestead. This two-storey dwelling involved the addition of a bedroom, bathroom, and rumpus room, and we installed a magic carpet moving floor lift system.
The Jones Builders team rose to the challenge of ensuring the new additions were in keeping with the original structure, requiring the creation of custom timber to match the original woodwork, creating a cohesive design that tied together the new and the old. Also, the outdoor pergola with kiwifruit vines was removed and stored, then reinstated upon project completion.
The result was a beautiful and functional space that honoured the history of the home, whilst also creating a modern and comfortable living space.
