A slice of the Kiwi dream, this project was awarded the 2022 Gold Award House of the Year (new home up to $500,00 category).
This is a modern family home with a classic, country design. The weatherboard cladding and gables give the four-bedroom home a sense of heritage.
The single-story home was built to fit the lifestyle of the family, the open plan flow is accentuated by the high ceilings. Inside the home are beautifully engineered oak-infused floors that add luxury-infused character. These floors carry on throughout the home’s dining and kitchen spaces. The modern kitchen is courtesy of our partners at Kitchen & Interior Co, the oak elements are incorporated into the island and shelving.
The master bedroom has a generous ensuite, with a walk-in shower and luxury extras. Complete with an attached double garage, the home has ample space and functionality for a family.
