Phase One - Consultation
To ensure we have an understanding of your project requirements, we prefer to arrange an on-site visit to discuss your vision in person. During this visit, our in-house architect, Logan, or an independent architect of your choice, will join the team to provide their expert opinion.
By combining the visual aspect with a thorough consultation, we can accurately assess the project and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what to expect.
Phase Two - Planning
Once we conduct the initial site visit, we’ll create a detailed pricing estimate and a corresponding specification sheet that outlines every aspect of the build.
Upon acceptance of the contract, we schedule a meeting to discuss the proposal with you and clarify any concerns you may have.

Phase Three - Project Design
Once all aspects of the project have been carefully documented, we move on to the exciting stage of seeing it come to life through visual concepts created by our skilled in-house architect.
Following this, our interior designer, Toni from Twill Interiors, will collaborate with you to refine the finer details such as selecting paint colours, tile options, and floor coverings.
Phase Four - The Build
As your ideas come to life, you can keep track of the progress with the help of ‘Buildertrend.’ You can monitor your build schedule and stay informed about when you may need to be present for walk-throughs. Additionally, you can add your notes and photos to the platform.
Rest assured that Brad, our project manager, will always be available to address any questions or concerns during this time.

Phase Five - Handover
After completion of the build, we schedule a final walkthrough where we use a comprehensive checklist to ensure your complete satisfaction with all aspects of your new home.
During this meeting, we will also review the Master Build Guarantee with you to ensure you have a clear understanding of the coverage. Finally, we hand over the keys and welcome you to your new home.
